Hi! My name is Thomas Bergeron. I am a Ph.D student at the University of Toronto and a Research Fellow in the Policy, Elections, and Representation Lab (PEARL) at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.
My fields of interest are political psychology and political behaviour. My research focuses on how individual differences and cognition influence information processing and selection, opinion formation, and, more generally, behaviours. I am particularly interested in the implications of empathy. I mostly employ experimental methods to address these questions.
